At our core, we blend natural elements with timeless sophistication, creating residences that balance beauty, innovation, and harmony.Your RoleWe are seeking a motivated Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our Miami team. You will support Project Managers in overseeing luxury residential projects from design development through construction administration, assisting with schedules, consultant coordination, client communications, and Revit documentation, while gaining hands-on experience in high-end project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, schedules, and deliverablesDevelop, update, and maintain architectural drawings and 3D models in RevitCollaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and project goalsAssist with project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and permitting packagesParticipate in client and consultant meetings and track action itemsSupport site visits and construction administration, ensuring work aligns with design intentMaintain quality, consistency, and adherence to the firm’s design visionWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field3–5 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm, with exposure to project management responsibilitiesProficiency in Revit (required); familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plusStrong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for consultant and client coordinationPassion for luxury residential architecture and interest in growing toward a Project Manager roleWhy Join Us?Work on iconic, high-profile projects in world-class waterfront locationsCompetitive compensation of $75,000–$85,000 plus comprehensive benefitsClear career path toward Project ManagerCollaborative studio culture with mentorship from leaders in luxury residential architectureHow to ApplyBring your Revit expertise and project coordination skills to our award-winning team.
