The facility is well-lit with a state-of-the-art air purifier, keeping it dust-free. Machine operators and grinders get dirty hands. PPE and uniforms are provided, but candidates must bring their own steel-toe shoes. There is no heat or air conditioning, but the shop stays warm in the winter due to the machines. Summers can be hot; large fans and open shipping doors help cool the area. Shift: 6am-2:30pm. Overtime is voluntary, and the company is flexible with schedules to accommodate employees' lives and families.
