Warehouse Lead Associate responsibilities Include:

  • Pick, pack and process customer orders, while assisting with the efficiency of the warehouse
  • Assist in receiving, inventory control activities, including physical and cycle counts.
  • Maintain files on all ground, air and LTL shipments.
  • Maintain files of orders and customer invoices
  • Assists with direction and assistance in the solution of problems that arise with customers and operational obstacles
  • Organizes and coordinates will calls, deliveries to customers and other stores.
  • Promotes a safe and organized work environment as it relates to equipment, trucks and inventory.
  • Coordinates all stock is pulled, staged, audited and loaded with accompanying and necessary documents.
  • Assist with monitoring and reconciling cores, returns and warranties
  • Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities as needed.

Successful Candidates must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • One year of related experience is preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Excellent communication (oral & written)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50lbs
  • Ability to recognize and solve problem
