Construction Superintendent

Our client has a direct hire hire opportunity for a Traveling Construction Superintendent.

They are specialize in ground up restaurant builds throughout the southeast. Project sizes ranging from $500k-$2MM.

Duties: -Schedule and coordinate subcontractors -Maintain or improve the project schedule -Provide direction to and resolve problems among subcontractors and vendors -Prepare Daily/Weekly Reports

Vehicle Allowance, 401k, Generous PTO, Cell phone allowance. Travel expenses covered by the company. Lodging arranged by the company. Salary range is $90-115k per year.

Qualifications: -3+ yrs of commercial construction on-site management exp -Mix of ground-up and remodeling experience. -Restaurant and retail -Strong plumbing and electrical experience, is highly preferred
