Job Description: We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead our Quality Control (QC) operations and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee quality initiatives, manage a skilled QC team, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead daily QC operations, managing and developing team performance to meet department and company objectives. Train, motivate, and mentor QC personnel to uphold strong quality culture and compliance. Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to support projects and implement quality improvements. Investigate customer concerns, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive process improvements to eliminate variation, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Maintain and enhance ISO-based quality management systems. Oversee statistical analysis and control processes across raw materials, WIP, non-conforming, and finished goods. Support internal and external audits; ensure customer requirements and compliance standards are met. Develop and present KPI and quality performance reports to leadership. Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and other quality tools. Stay current on industry best practices through training, publications, and professional networking. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related discipline (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 3+ years in Quality Assurance and 2+ years in supervisory or management capacity. Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive manufacturing or related industry preferred. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management principles. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
