Senior Research Analyst – Private Equity, Infrastructure – New York / Washington D.C.Location AmericasDuration PermanentReference HARKY - PE - USSalary upto $120,000 basic salary plus annual discretionary bonus and other benefits.Senior Research Analyst – New York / Washington D.C.(To be considered for this role you must be a US citizen with the right to work in the US)The Private Equity and Infrastructure team is looking to add a Senior Research Analyst, that will be based in New York or Washington D.C, USA.This hire will support two Consultants that support clients at Fund level and focus on placing executives into Infrastructure clients mainly within the USA, but also on a global remit in sectors such as Electrification, Rail, Solar, Wind, Energy, Clean Tech, Transport, Industrial, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Technology, Oil and Gas, and Power Generation to name a few.There is a great opportunity to learn from two extremely well-regarding executive search professionals that have built a world class, multi-million-dollar revenue generating practice. This hire would also be working with colleagues across the world to provide high-level research and knowledge assimilation that will benefit the growth of the business.The CompanyWith more than 450 consultants in over 65 offices and 40 countries, this company serves public and private corporations, family-owned enterprises, and non-profit and government agencies to provide board advisory services, CEO and leadership succession planning, executive search and assessment, and leadership development.Role ResponsibilitiesManages projects (assignments, pitch preparation, etc.) in partnership with the consultant, creating an effective project plan that ensures the team delivers on client expectations and timelinesDevelops the search strategy with the consultant, fully understanding the needs and critical issues of the search and the clientConducts market (industry, competitor, company etc.) intelligence to support internal knowledge management (e.g. people news, insights on clients etc) and client projectsResponsible for systematic candidate identification for client mandates (using internal and external databases); can connect the dots internally to make the process efficientDrives list generation and talent maps for knowledge management activities.Supporting the practice on managing relationships with key clients (e.g. key relationships with the client company, monitoring global assignments, company moves etc)Leads the team on client documentation (role specifications, progress reports, profiles etc.)Ensures data quality and data capture real time on projects (in collaboration with internal knowledge centres)Your ProfileUndergraduate or master’s degreeExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writingAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation, in a fast-paced environmentExperience with project coordination with teams in an international environmentInterest in a wide variety of topics across industry, economy, and societyAbility to work independently with a can-do attitudeCarlin Hall is a specialist consultancy focused on supporting experienced executive search professionals and companies based in London and Internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
