This part‑time role focuses on serving and safeguarding clients across commercial real estate and related industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to deter incidents, provide outstanding customer service, and collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment.Position TypePart TimePay Rate$20.40 / HourJob ScheduleSaturday 04:00 PM – 12:00 AMSunday 04:00 PM – 12:00 AMWhy Join UsSmart Tools: Access to exclusive technology to view and claim shifts for additional earnings.Career Growth: Paid training and career development opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participation in a retirement savings plan.Exclusive Perks: Discounts on top brands and services through the Perks Program.What You'll DoProvide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies appropriately.Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving to maintain order.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and observe suspicious behavior.Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.Document and report incidents, irregularities, or property damage per Allied Universal policies.Collaborate with property management, tenants, and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance.Remain alert to surroundings and adapt to varying working environments and conditions.Minimum RequirementsPreferred: 6+ months of security-related experience.Preferred: State, county, or city issued security license.Preferred: Guard card or license.Preferred: Experience using a computer or tablet.Preferred: Customer service experience.Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.High school diploma or equivalent.Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.Consideration given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
