The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities include mentoring and leading nursing staff, coordinating care plans, monitoring resident outcomes, and assisting with training initiatives and policy development.
