Pacific Medical Group, of Praxis Health, has been deeply rooted in the Portland community since 1904 With 6 clinic sites throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area, our exceptional team of physicians provides Family Medicine and Internal Medicine health care to multiple generations of families in a patient-centric environment.

Our neighborhood clinics are deeply rooted in the community and for over 100 years, our physicians have provided the highest quality care to multiple generations of families. Staff feel at home in our culture of collaboration and good camaraderie, which translates to high retention and engagement. Many have been here 15-20+ years. With a growing patient panel, we are looking to add Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians to the following locations:

 

Family Medicine Physicians - Join Us in:

  • Pacific Medical Group - North Portland - (aka NoPo) - Vibrant, full of life with trendy funky local art & eateries 
  • Pacific Medical Group - Beaverton- Active & friendly community, ranked nationally as a best place to live and raise a family 
  • Pacific Medical Group - Vancouver, WA - Family-friendly city along the north bank of the Columbia River, metropolitan amenities with small-town charm

Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Physicians - Join Us in:

  • Pacific Medical Group - Canby - Idyllic, rural community in the rolling foothills of Mt. Hood, just 20 min south of downtown Portland
