Title: Smartsheet Configuration Analyst

Location: Hybrid (travel to New Jersey as needed)

Length : Fulltime



This position requires Smartsheet System Configuration experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and must be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Smartsheet.



Responsibilities:

Serve as the Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities and extensibility scenarios that leverage the API.
Maintain and contribute to internal configuration changes and support.
Expand upon the Smartsheet solution portfolio, demonstrating best practices in EPMO Stage Gate Process
Determine solution feasibility in support of new business requirements identified.
Liaison with the App Support team for Integration
Continually improve upon project management processes and Smartsheet administration within the Smartsheet Core Application, Smartsheet Control Center, and Resource Management



Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Smartsheet System Configuration.
