Qualifications:
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, someof whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuseanger, collect accurate information and resolve.
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Excellentcustomer service skills
• Hotel experiencepreferred, not required
• Required to continuouslystand or walk 95% of their scheduled shift

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintainingproperty and adequate set-up of the bar
• Ordering and stocking allthe beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments andproduce based on projections from the daily functions
• Ability to effectively receivecash from guests, make change as needed, verifies validity of charges, recordscharges, and ensure vouchers are property executed
• Will promote drinks anddocument orders for drinks, mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks usingstandard ingredient recipes
