Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Ajulia Executive SearchThe Director of Production Planning – Supply Chain leads capacity planning, manufacturing sourcing, inventory management, product lifecycle changes, and supply chain analytics to ensure exceptional on-time, in-full (OTIF) service levels. This role oversees inter-site inventory movement, supports subcontractor services, and manages a team of direct reports.Key Responsibilities:The Director of Production Planning – Supply Chain will maintain and update capacity models; identify constraints and propose solutionsManage safety stock targets (SMQs) and troubleshoot inventory issuesOversee product data setup (departments, work centers, BOMs, routing, sourcing rules)The Director of Production Planning – Supply Chain will direct new product launches, SKU transitions, and product phase-outsLead planning team in inter-site order fulfillment, scheduling, and product change managementSupport plant planners with prioritization and continuous improvementThe Director of Production Planning – Supply Chain will collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, sales, engineering, logistics, and customer serviceLead the year-end physical inventory processQualificationsThe Director of Production Planning – Supply Chain must hold a bachelor’s degree.
