You will implement customer feedback into features and drive the product development process from start to finish. About You

You're a visionary Product Owner who thrives on the challenge of transforming customer needs into innovative digital marketing solutions. You excel at prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and expertly balancing technical constraints with user experience.
You're a natural collaborator who bridges the gap between design, development, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products. Your data-driven approach ensures that every feature aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable impact.
You possess in-depth domain knowledge of digital marketing or similar SaaS environments. This expertise lets you anticipate market trends and proactively identify new opportunities.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and adept at handling complex challenges within a fast-paced environment. Your leadership skills empower your team to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

Own the product. Product Owners have the authority to make decisions about what gets built and the order in which it gets built. They are responsible for the overall vision and direction of the product.

Define and prioritize the features and functionality of our core marketing product.

Represent the voice of the customer and stakeholders, ensuring that the development team builds the right product.

Create and manage the product roadmap, product backlog, write user stories, set priorities, and make decisions about what should be included in each release.

Work with senior executive management and stakeholders such as customers, users, and internal teams to capture and define features and functions to enhance our digital marketing product and build a roadmap that supports the evolution of the product.

Product Owners plan, define and report on Key Success Metrics for all internal product initiatives.

Work closely with the development team, participating in sprint planning, reviewing work in progress, and ensuring that the team understands and delivers on the product vision.

Develop a deep knowledge of the system that they own. The Product owner should have a comprehensive understanding of all data sources that support their product.

Follow up on all stakeholder’s requests, including the customers they serve.

Communicate clearly and timely on all critical ProdOps issues and updates on their projects.

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Organize and conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on the product.

Make decisions based on data and analytics, using metrics to measure project success.

Lead teams by defining measurable goals and track progress through quick iteration.

Lead stakeholder discovery to find new areas for Site Impact to solve emerging problems.

Be the go-to expert on the product and technology.

Partner with design to create mocks and prototypes to bring the roadmap to life, aid in usability testing, engineering costing, etc.

Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.

Translate a complex set of possibilities (and technical requirements) into simple, compelling value propositions for the customer.

Required Experience

An experienced product leader having successfully managed multiple product teams.

Experience working in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Experience building roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and working closely with software development teams.

Familiarity with the Agile framework.

Experience managing a small team of Product Owners.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a track record of bringing Agile software products to market.

3+ years' experience within a digital marketing / advertising company.

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
