Action Staffing Solutions is a family owned agency committed to supporting you through the rewarding journey of your healthcare career. We are currently seeking CNAs for Long-Term Care, Memory Care, Rehabilitation and Acute Care facilities throughout the Denver area.

8 and 12 hour shifts are available day and night among several facilities in the Denver area, encouraging a healthy work-life balance while gaining relevant experience in different medical environments and patient care settings.

Core Purpose:
Furnishing excellent patient care by attending to personal hygiene, daily living needs; comfortability, emotional support, dietary care, transportation, reporting and routinely monitoring vital signs.

Essential Duties:

  • Providing exceptional patient care, reassurance and communication while maintaining an awareness of and safety needs of residents/patients.
  • Assisting with activities of daily life (ADLs ie: bathing, dressing, assisting with meals).
  • Re-positioning or turning bed-ridden/immobile residents.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas and restocking rooms with necessary supplies.
  • Taking vital signs and reporting patient condition to appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • Warm and friendly demeanor and the ability to create a healing and safe environment.
  • Preference and willingness to listen to resident concerns, as well as an ability to pick up on non-verbal communication signals.
  • Availability to work night shifts is highly preferred-pay incentive available for night shifts
  • Valid Colorado CNA Certification
  • 12 months experience in a patient care setting
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Must be able and willing to pass a drug screen and background check
