Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking North Carolina licensed Physician Assistants (PAs) available to join us as a locum tenens practitioner for a well-established OccMed/Urgent Care clinic in Charlotte, NC beginning as soon as possible.
This locum tenens opportunity is available for ongoing full-time, part-time or PRN opportunities between facilities operating Monday - Friday from (8:00am - 5:00pm). Opportunity Specifics:
- Contract Type: Full-Time Locum Tenens
- Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine
- Patient Mix: Scheduled and Walk-In Patients (All Ages)
- Schedule:
- Indicate Desired Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (7:30am-4:30pm, 9:00am-6:00pm and 11:00am-7:00pm)
- NO Weekend Coverage
Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries.
- Perform pre-placement DOT, Public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.
- Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
- Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical guidance.
Provider Requirements:
- Current North Carolina State License & DEA
- Active DOT Certification
- Must be available to treat patients of all ages
