Data Center Lead with Security Clearance Overview The Data Center Lead supports the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in an unclassified learning environment. Responsibilities Lead Data Center Operations, including configuration and support of domain system servers, SAN, backup systems, identity management, and data center security. Plan, install, maintain (during or after work hours), troubleshoot, and manage all servers and applications. Assess customer needs and implement improved configurations. Qualifications BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience in Network Engineering, or an AA/AS with 7+ years experience. Certification required: any IAT Level II credential (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and CE/OS Certification. Secret Clearance. Seven years of progressive experience as a system administrator. Experience leading a team and maintaining a high‑availability datacenter. Experience with Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud services. Experience with VMware vSphere platform. Extensive experience in both application development/sustainment and operational support for large, highly scalable applications. Salary Salary Range: $120,000 – $155,000. Integral Federal may consider overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
