As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our store. Responsibilities: Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees Ensure store cleanliness and organization Requirements: Prior retail management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of hardware and home improvement products Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends About Us: Farm & Home Hardware has been serving the Wellington, Ashland & Wakeman community for over 60 years, providing a wide range of quality products and exceptional customer service.
