This role involves fabricating and assembling metal components, integrating mechanical systems, and performing electrical wiring and troubleshooting for low-voltage applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, and electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.**What You Will Do*** Fabricate, cut, weld, and assemble metal components according to engineering specifications including fabrication of various production jigs and fixtures* Perform mechanical assembly of frames, enclosures, and structural components.* Install and route low-voltage wiring for electrical systems and components.* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.* Operate fabrication tools and equipment (e.g., saws, grinders, welders, bending machines).* Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.**What You Bring*** Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.* 2-4+ years of experience in metal fabrication and mechanical assembly.* Working knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and wiring practices.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.* Proficient in using fabrication tools and electrical testing equipment.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment.**Preferred Skills:*** Experience with CNC machines or advanced fabrication techniques.* Familiarity with industrial safety standards and OSHA compliance.* Basic knowledge of PLCs or control systems.* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.#LI-PW #LI-Onsite## **About ZT Systems**At ZT Systems, you’ll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
