We seek a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our growing team in Rhode Island
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $255,573 to $372,297 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Board-certified psychiatrist licensed for practice in the state of Rhode Island
Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers
Conducts outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provides ongoing medication management

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Experience with or interest in Transcranial magnetic stimulation is desired
Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students and postdoctoral fellows
Can provide CBT-oriented counseling and psychotherapy as part of appointments, if desired
Ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired
About RICBT
RICBT is a truly multidisciplinary mental health and psychotherapy practice in Rhode Island (and Connecticut, under the OneCBT brand) specializing in evidence-based, cognitive behavioral approaches. We are passionate about helping people overcome a wide range of emotional problems (such as anxiety and depression) and helping them thrive as students, spouses, parents, or professionals. We have over eighty psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners practicing in six locations (East Providence, Barrington, Lincoln, Warwick, and North Kingstown in Rhode Island and in New Haven, CT) and serving a wide geographic area. We focus on two primary aims at RICBT. First, we strive to amaze and delight our patients with how rewarding it can be to work with us here. Second, we strive to protect our work culture - keeping it relaxed, close-knit, educational, and conducive to professional growth.
