As an LPN at Madonna Manor, you will:
- Provide safe, therapeutic care to residents from admission through discharge.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Use the nursing process to develop and deliver individualized care plans that promote residents' mental and physical well-being.
- Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
- Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required).
