Well established accounting firm in Corning, NY is looking to fill the role of Part-time Payroll Specialist.The ideal candidate will have experience with:- Preparation of weekly/biweekly payroll for 60+ clients- Processing Federal and State payroll tax payments timely- Payroll entries in payroll system for current and after the fact payrolls- Preparation of Federal and State payroll reports monthly and quarterly.- Year end and adjusting entries for annual filings.- Organizing and maintaining all in house payroll files for each client- General office dutiesEligible candidates should have an outgoing personality, strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to make clients feel comfortable. ***Payroll experience is required.Job Type: Part-TimeLocation: CorningWork Type: In person (Remote not available)Schedule: TBDSalary: $18-22 /hr based on experienceBenefits: Retirement with matching Paid time off Health, Dental & Vision
