We welcome individuals who want to impact the financial system by facilitating credit access, expanding financial inclusion, promoting financial health, and delivering exceptional customer service.OppFi seeks a Sr. Associate of Corporate Strategy for a position in Chicago, IL to lead the company’s customer insights efforts and support strategic decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLead the customer insights program, including management of Net Promoter Score (NPS), public reviews, primary and secondary customer research and surveys, and quantitative data analysis.Establish and execute the strategy for collecting, tracking, and monitoring CSAT metrics (e.g., NPS) and keep it at industry-leading levels.Map customer journeys for all products to identify touchpoints for feedback and gaps to address.Conduct feature tests and brand studies to translate customer insights into product and feature enhancements.Analyze qualitative feedback from surveys, focus groups, calls, and other sources; perform root-cause analysis to differentiate human, product, or process-related issues.Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights and communicate with business partners; create quarterly summaries for senior leadership and executives, including the CEO.Develop business cases to guide product/partnership strategy and decision-making; serve as lead for third-party research projects representing the customer perspective.Build relationships across the organization to bring the voice of the customer into strategic decisions; help create concise customer experience policies and procedures.Collaborate with Product and User Research to plan, design, and test ideas; identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve communications related to NPS and public reviews.Support cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring timely and efficient customer feedback processes.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field and three years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Consumer Insights Analyst, or similar role; or Master’s degree in the same fields and one year of relevant experience.Experience with conducting primary and secondary consumer and market research; analyzing large datasets and building dashboards; translating data insights into business recommendations.Experience managing cross-functional teams; internal and external communications; email marketing; survey design and analysis; vendor management and due diligence; and familiarity with customer satisfaction initiatives.Wage range: $100,000 – $105,000 per year.BenefitsOppFi offers a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and access to various perks and tools (e.g., DoorDash DashPass, Figo pet insurance, Rocket Lawyer, LinkedIn Learning, and Fringe).EEO and ComplianceEEO Statement: OppFi is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any protected status.
