Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13 Week contract in Marion, MA.

Shift: 5x8s ( 3P-11P or 11P-7A)

Hourly Rate: $40

Setting: Long Term Care

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct tube feedings and provide education to patients and families on care techniques.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in diverse healthcare settings such as inpatient, behavioral health, pediatrics, and medical offices.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, ICD-10 coding standards, and discharge planning.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
