Position Overview: The CFO will serve as a key partner to the executive team, owning all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, M&A strategy, and capital management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build scalable financial systems to support rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Drive financial strategies aligned with growth (organic and M&A), profitability, and long-term value creation. Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support a high-growth, data-driven organization. Lead M&A efforts: financial diligence, deal modeling, structuring, and integration. Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions. Lead employee ownership and perpetuation programs to drive engagement and succession. Ensure timely and compliant financial reporting and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA and/or MBA preferred. 10+ years of finance leadership in high-growth or M&A-heavy environments. Experience scaling finance teams, leading M&A transactions, and managing capital relationships. Strong communication and executive influence skills. Hands‑on, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with operational depth.
