Job Summary:This technical leader position is responsible for leading the development of applications for Android and/or iOS devices using Agile methodologies. The role involves designing and implementing new customer-facing features, collaborating with product management and UX teams to create user-friendly client applications that enhance the user experience, and influencing the establishment of KP mobile device security practices. The position also requires optimizing applications and serving as a subject matter expert in the overall architecture of KP's mobile technologies.Essential Responsibilities:Lead or oversee business-specific projects by applying expertise, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies, developing work plans, and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals.Partner internally and externally to make effective business decisions, solve complex problems, monitor progress, recognize improvement opportunities, and influence project completion.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, plus six (6) years of experience in software development or related areas. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.At least five (5) years of experience with solution development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).Minimum of two (2) years in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.At least five (5) years of experience developing and/or implementing mobile applications.Additional Requirements:Qualified applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
