Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team during the night shift. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical histories accurately.
  • Offer emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized care plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of patient care activities and ensure medical records are up-to-date.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care practices.

Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required.
  • Experience in areas such as tube feeding, catheterization, senior care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
