Additional Highlights:
* On Call - $4.25 per hour

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Current NYS RN license.
Knowledge of new trends and techniques in Nursing.
Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.
Flexible, multi-tasking and energetic nurse to work in Mother-Baby, Pediatrics, Newborn Nursery, Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Labor & Delivery.
BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire. NRP certification required within 90 days of hire/transfer. STABLE required within 18 months of hire/transfer. ACLS certification preferred. IV certified within 6 months of employment.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles.
Demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care.

Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts and move patients in a safe manner.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communicational skills required.
Demonstrated basic knowledge of mother- baby and pediatric care.
EEG Interpretation class or competency required during orientation.
