Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for our AI‑powered SaaS platform and client projects. Champion best practices while staying pragmatic about delivery. Hands‑On Development: Actively contribute code across our Python/FastAPI backends and React/Remix frontends. We expect 60% of your time to be hands‑on coding. Team Coordination: Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and help engineers troubleshoot technical challenges. Ensure the team maintains high standards while meeting deadlines. Mentorship: Guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions. Foster their growth while maintaining our culture of innovation. Modern Development Practices: Embrace and refine our "light" spec‑driven development approach. We value shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback over heavy process. Infrastructure & DevOps: Maintain and optimize our serverless GCP infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Experience with Cloud Run, MongoDB Atlas, and Redis is valuable.
