Synechron Inc is seeking a Sr Scrum Master with RTE - financial services to join our Charlotte, NC (onsite 3 days a week is a must in Hybris ) long-term contract.


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team. The RTE will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring effective collaboration among Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and a proven track record of driving successful program execution.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5-8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5 years Project Management experience in Software Development
  • SAFe Agile Experience, Oversee one or more ART’s (and the SAFe framework) associated with the initiatives to ensure that its functioning and delivering on track.
  • Second or Third Level Scrum Master certification (PSM II PSM III CSP)
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) preferred
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum/Lean/Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of Scrum tools and concepts (Release Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown, Velocity, User Stories, Complexity, Estimating, Story Boarding/Mapping, Definition of Done, etc.)
  • Experience with Data marts and Data warehouse
  • Experience leading IT project delivery with experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure, resource management, database design, and other systems support and development.
  • Deep skills using project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft 365
