What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our core team and drive the technical development of nele. As the founding engineer, you will shape and implement nele’s core functionality, building a robust AI-powered application to deliver coaching experiences that feel natural, responsive, and adaptive to each user’s needs. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in bringing innovative relationship support to life and help scale it to 5M people in 3 years.


What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 3+ years in software development covering full-stack development
  • Proven track record in building and scaling mobile or web applications
  • AI Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing AI products
  • Agile Project Management: Proficient in breaking down features into manageable tasks, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to changes swiftly.

  • Bias for action: Skilled in coding and rapidly shipping products while making decisions amid uncertainty. Drives progress with agility and adapt swiftly to feedback.
  • Grit and Resourcefulness: Demonstrates strong grit and resilience, tackling technical challenges creatively, especially in resource-constrained environments. Thrives in a startup setting, adapting and pivoting as needed to achieve results with limited time, tools, and budget.
