Learn more by visiting our website or following us on social media @peaceplayersintl.Role SummaryThis is a full‑time on‑site Director position for PeacePlayers Baltimore, located in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area. The Director will oversee program management, staff leadership, and community engagement in alignment with PeacePlayers’ mission. The Director will represent PeacePlayers in the community, manage program budgets, and report on metrics to evaluate program impact.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional programs that empower youth through basketball, leadership development, and peace education.Supervise a diverse team and foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and strategic planning.Build partnerships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community partners to meet strategic goals.Manage program budgets, track financial and impact metrics, and report on program performance.Represent PeacePlayers in the community, communicate mission, and advocate for youth and peace initiatives.QualificationsLeadership and Management skills, including team supervision, mentorship, and strategic planning.Community Engagement and Partnership Development experience, with demonstrated ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.Program Development and Implementation skills focused on youth programming, particularly in sports and leadership.Budget Management and Analytical skills to track financial and impact metrics.Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills.Experience in conflict transformation, peace‑building, or social justice work is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Non‑Profit Management, or Community Development.Master’s degree and experience in a leadership role are preferred.Other DetailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full‑timeIndustry: Non‑profit organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
