Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator II to join our team. As a Forklift Operator II, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. In addition to operating the forklift, you may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties. This position requires the ability to operate multiple types of forklift equipment in a rack warehouse environment. Forklift certification on at least 3 pieces of equipment is required. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Sumner, WA
- Pay Rate: $19.50
- Shift: 2nd Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Stack and store merchandise in designated areas using sit-down/standup, clamp, cherry, and/or reach equipment (50% of service time).
- Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the accurate number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
- Perform picking duties in an efficient manner, meeting customer service standards.
- Move products from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following prescribed work methods.
- Maintain appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security.
- Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Conduct cycle counts as requested.
- Have knowledge of Excel and general computer skills.
- Demonstrate basic safety understanding in operating equipment.
- Report safety concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and assist in resolution.
- Complete inspection forms prior to operating equipment.
- Use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:
Mandatory Skills:

- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
- Ability to walk in the distribution center and around the area with great frequency (facilities are over a quarter mile in length).
- Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation.
- Ability to access all areas of the building without limitations.
- Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and basic math skills.
