Our average effective wage is $25-$35/hour (Base wage + productivity pay + credit card tips), plus cash tips Don't forget about PTO, monthly performance bonuses, annual raise reviews, flexible schedules, health benefits, 401k, and the greatest salon culture you can find.

Base wage: $16.35 - $17.35

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
