Customer Service Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and emails
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Effectively communicates accurate information to the customer and conducts the appropriate follow up whenever required.
Field incoming requests, emails about orders, products, and website help.
Ability to make decisions quickly, while focusing on the consumer experience from start to finish.
Order entry/management within provided ERP.
Manage, refund, adjust, and replace orders through various portals.
Monitor and respond to reviews and questions on website and various sales channels.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent communication and Customer Service skillset required.
Must be comfortable with, or willing to learn software
Excellent written/verbal and follow-up/time management skills.
Working knowledge of and skill in using MS Office – Word & Excel - required.
Ability to quickly learn a new database computer program required.
Ability to adeptly multitask and prioritize as necessary with strong attention to detail.
Pay: 45-50k depending on experience
