Entech Staffing is seeking a top-notch Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician. We have direct hire and contract to hire opportunities available in Troy, Pontiac, Chesterfield, Macomb, and Lake Orion. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' production lines operate smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Work independently and collaboratively with other technicians
May assist with installation and relocation of machinery (depending on experience)

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance or a similar role
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be a safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic
