Qualifications for a 1st Shift Assembler: High school diploma or GED Ability to perform the essential functions of the job Hunger to learn and grow with a great company Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with a team and be self-directed

Responsibilities of a 1st Shift Assembler: Work on the production line in a fast-paced environment Perform multiple tasks in rotation, including assembling, inspecting, check testing, repairing, and packing electrical breakers Follow written work instructions to create a quality product Maintain a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Communicate clearly with team members Work safely in a manufacturing environment Stand at workstation for the entirety of the shift
