What You’ll Do

As an Event Staff member with Surge KC, you’ll play a vital role in executing successful brand promotions and sales events. From setting up professional displays to engaging directly with customers, your work will drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup & Coordination:

  • Help create organized, visually appealing display spaces at retail locations and promotional events.
  • Set up booths, banners, and information stations with attention to detail and presentation quality.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support:

  • Actively connect with event attendees, sharing product information, answering questions, and generating excitement about the brand.
  • Use your friendly and approachable personality to engage new customers and foster loyalty.

Event Flow Support:

  • Assist with event activities by distributing promotional materials, guiding customers, and ensuring seamless event operations.
  • Handle on-the-spot tasks with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Brand Representation:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by professionally communicating the brand’s mission, products, and values.
