Our cardiology team, comprised of 10 physicians and four advanced practice providers, is known for being the preferred group for cardiac services in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.   • Clinic onsite with five state-of-the-art cath labs
  • Call 1:4/5
  • Academic appointment and teaching available with University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford

  • Participation in the growth and development of new procedures and cardiac treatments, including CardioMEMS and Watchman, with plans to expand into TAVR.
