Why Consider This Job Opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Competitive benefits including health coverage starting the first month after 30 days of employment Flexible PTO plan to support work-life balance Remote work flexibility, with the option to work from the office if preferred Mentorship program and developmental opportunities available Salary information not disclosed What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and business-related analyses, research, and forecasts Perform advanced trend and variance analyses, incorporating data from different areas and synthesizing findings Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and updates to the management team, maintaining KPIs for assigned areas Provide insights into business performance and translate findings into potential action plans Act as an internal consultant, interacting with management at all levels What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of FP&A experience required Strong strategic planning, financial, and operations/business background Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a complex, fast-paced organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) MBA or CPA preferred Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with Oracle and UFIN Financial Reporting & Planning tools Strong business acumen and financial modeling experience Statistical modeling skills are a plus We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
