The individual will have a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of complex systems. They will be responsible for overseeing the 340B program, supply chain for retail pharmacies, home infusion pharmacies. wholesale distribution, and home medical equipment within the health system. This individual will possess strong problem-solving skills, innovation thinking, and a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness across all supply chain operations and other business areas and in alignment with the health system Supply Chain. Individual reports to the COO at JH Care at Home. Individual supports and/ or leads purchasing negotiations collaboratively with internal and external key stakeholders to positively position JHCH. Chairs 340B Committees and meetings. Presents information to the Board of Trustees and Executive Oversight Committee.
