**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
1.
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day.
2.
Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate.
3.
Prepare meals according to therapeutic diet.
4.
Follow standardized recipes according to menu.
5.
Organize meal preparation to accommodate meal times set by department.
6.
Follow and meet HACCP and Mesa County Health Department sanitation standards during meal preparation.
7.
Perform any additional job request that a Supervisor may ask in order for the resident meals to be served on time.
8.
Other job related duties as assigned.
**EDUCATION:**
1.
Education
High School Diploma, GED or verification of current enrollment preferred. Equivalent combination of experience.
Must be 16 years of age.
2.
Licenses
No professional license required.
3.
Certifications
Must obtain Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification within 60 days of hire
***WAGE RANGE:***
The wage range for this position is $13.50 - $18.53
**Immunizations required for employment, including COVID-19.**
