Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
-Daily preparation and cooking of dishes for guests at 9001 Tavern & Grill (Lobby Hotel Restaurant)
-Following recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of meals
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking stations
-Providing excellent customer service by fulfilling special requests and dietary requirements
-Monitoring food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
-Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
-Keeping up-to-date with menu offerings and utilizing seasonal ingredients to create new dishes

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
-Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
