This program is a paid opportunity, specifically designed to help you transition into financial service sales.\u00A0 In the FC Acceleration Program, you will receive best-in-class training and skill development that will help you acclimate seamlessly into a new consultant position.

  • Robust & formal training schedule both in classroom and in a branch, to develop the skills you need to build meaningful relationships with clients
  • Structured study sessions working to obtain your Series 7 & Series 66 licenses

The Experience We re Looking For

  • 5 or more years of successful sales experience in another industry
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions or products to a sophisticated client base
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications highly preferred, but not required

Fidelity s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
