The desire and drive to succeed in a competitive financial services setting is imperative.Primary Responsibilities:Make proactive outbound sales calls to:Recruit financial advisorsTrain financial advisors on product solutions and marketing programsGrow the financial advisor’s practiceRespond to inbound calls regarding product solutions, marketing programs and practice betterment servicesMeet call activity expectations and monthly sales goals set forth by managementParticipate in continuous trainingSelf-develop with industry and product knowledge to remain current with trends and productsKeep abreast of the competition and changes in the economy and financial marketsUnderstand and adhere to the Vision, Mission and Values of SimplicityRepresent Simplicity in a professional manner at all timesQualifications:At least two years of successful internal sales consultant resultsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with accurate typing skillsSome travel may be requiredCollege Degree Preferred or Equivalent Work ExperienceAbility to get State insurance license preferred but not requiredAbility to get Series 6, 63, 7, 65 or 66 preferred but not requiredCore Competencies:Enterprising and creative mindset for developing innovative solutionsEffective prospecting and customer relationship skillsAbility to ask probing questions to qualify and close businessPersistent and flexible to overcome call reluctanceSelf–starter with endurance and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to think clearly and be objectiveOutgoing, people oriented and highly collaborativeEffective listening and verbal reasoning skillsSufficient vocabulary to communicate effectively under stressful situationsCompensation & Benefits:Compensation (based On Experience)Compensation based on experienceVariable Compensation: No cap on commissionEmployee benefits (health, 401k, life, etc.)Paid Time OffLocation: Remote PositionCompany DescriptionHeadquartered in Summit, New Jersey, Simplicity Financial Marketing Group Holdings (“Simplicity Group”) is a financial holding company in the independent financial services sector that specializes in the distribution of retirement and financial planning solutions.
