The Opportunity: This newly created FP&A Manager role is a high‑level individual contributor position designed to fill a critical modeling gap. The ideal candidate is an A‑player with exceptional financial modeling skills, able to generate reports independently and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities Lead monthly financial reporting, planning, and scenario analysis. Build and maintain complex financial models, including cash management and valuation analysis. Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making. Prepare materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings. Enhance reporting through Power BI dashboards and analytics. Analyze growth initiatives such as capital expenditures, new products, and plant expansions. Drive automation and process improvements within FP&A. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 5+ years FP&A or related experience with increasing responsibility. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Sharp, polished, and highly professional with excellent communication abilities.
