Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an IT Technician for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI
Title: IT Technician (SCADA Real-time Support)
Location: Detroit, MI – Hybrid schedule
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Job Description:
IT technician for the ITS SCADA Real-time Support team (ITS-SRS).
- Travel between different locations in metro Detroit On-site (at any of locations) at least 3 days per week.
- General computer knowledge.
- Troubleshooting workstations.
- Hardware installation and support.
- Imaging, replacing video cards, hard drives, monitors, cabling, etc.
- Interaction with internal customers.
Additional Information:
- A basic understanding of NERC compliance is preferred, but not required.
- Must attend NERC training courses
