Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is looking for a physician trained in gynecology to join their prestigious Women's Health Center with offices in Hackettstown and Sparta, NJ. Join a compassionate group of women offering a team approach to patient care. The entire staff provide our clients with an individualized, meaningful experience. Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply.
About the Practice:
The practice currently has a team of 2 gynecologists, 3 nurse practitioners, and 2 certified nurse midwives as well as an excellent support staff. The physicians in the practice have served women in the Hackettstown area since 2005. There are 2 NJ practice locations, one in Hackettstown and one in Sparta. Surgical procedures are performed at Atlantic Health System's Newton Medical Center and the Specialty Surgical Center in Sparta. This is a great opportunity for an OB/GYN physician wanting to transition to a GYN only position providing and excellent work/life balance, including 4 day work weeks and a phone based call schedule.
Practice Highlights:
- Growing practice with 2 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, and 2 certified nurse midwives
- 2 practice locations in Hackettstown and Sparta
- The practice specializes in infertility, fibroids, abnormal bleeding, sexual dysfunction, menopause, urinary incontinence and a myriad
of other complex gynecologic issues. - The practice performs GYN surgical procedures at the Newton Hospital and an outpatient surgery center in Sparta
- Established practice that has built up a solid patient base for almost 20 years
- Clinic Patient Census: ~20/day
- Physicians work 4 day weeks
- Some flexibility and accommodation in scheduling
- Great work/life balance. Phone based call schedule with no obstetrics work required. Mid-Level providers take first call
- Opportunities for productivity-based income
- $30K Sign on Bonus and $30K Retention Bonus. Opportunity for up to 150K
- Eligible for partnership after 3 years of tenure in the practice

- Sparta Township is a thriving community situated in rural Sussex County, New Jersey approximately 45 miles northwest of New York City. Sparta covers more than 38 square miles with rolling hills, beautiful lakes, picturesque farms, and inviting residential developments.
