Responsibilities Managing a project from start to completion while maintaining the project schedule Working with the Project Manager, General Contractor, other trades, and suppliers to resolve issues/questions in a timely and cost‑effective manner Reviewing all work for quality and adherence to plans and specifications Coordination of manpower to meet the project schedule Review and manage supplier deliveries Maintaining clean and safe job sites Working with and coordinating subcontractors (as needed) Hands‑on work to keep the project on schedule Reporting and tracking on‑site changes Working as a team with all trades to complete the project Qualifications 3–5 years of superintendent/field manager experience and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and on budget Completion of OSHA 30‑hour course and NYC DOB SST 62 certification Proficient with construction management software Read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulation Having work in General Construction with SCA is a plus Required Skills and Experience OSHA 30 NYC SST 62‑Hour Course Primary Location: Hicksville, New York Other Locations: Mount Vernon and Westbury, New York Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Full Time Salary Range: $90–$140k Benefits We offer a lucrative benefit package to our employees that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Life Insurance, Education reimbursement, to name a few.
