Housekeeper for family in Newport Coast area

We are seeking a reliable housekeeper for a private family/household in Newport Coast area. You will be responsible for cleaning a sizable residence and common areas. You must have an eye for cleanliness

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

Keeping the common areas clean and maintained.
Washing, drying, and restocking dishes/utensils
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
Collecting and disposing of trash.
Assisting guests when necessary.
Keeping the linen room stocked.
Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.

Requirements:

Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Ability to lift at least 25-30 pounds.
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with the family & staff.
Hard worker, reliable and dependable
Versatile attitude
Able to have open availability
Part time or full time, varying on performance
Pay range: $18-20/hour
