Physical Therapist – Full‑Time Outpatient All Star Physical Therapy in Hemet, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close‑knit, outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTAs. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software, which cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat patients. All PTs receive daily productivity bonuses that often add up to around an extra $1,300 per month. Job Type: Full‑TimePay Range: $48 – $55 per hourLocation: Hemet, CASign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000 plus daily productivity bonuses available Benefits LIFT (Loan Incentive for Therapists) – up to $25,000 in student loan repayment directly to lender Fully paid trainings, certifications, and education programs through Evidence in Motion AI‑enabled clinical documentation that reduces documentation time by 90% A focus on creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture Comprehensive mentorship and career‑development opportunities Leadership and talent‑development opportunities Generous paid time off Industry‑leading medical, dental, vision, LTD insurance 401(k) employer matching Family‑building and parental benefits You’ll Achieve Success By: Reviewing patients’ medical history Providing excellent 1:1 care, spending an average of 30 minutes with each patient Diagnosing patients through observation and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed Qualifications: Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in California CPR and first‑aid certification required Responsibilities: Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of patient/client encounters. Comply with all regulatory guidance, including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding guidance. Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team.
